Usage policy
What this service is
A read-only copy of publicly distributed package archives. Content, licensing and signatures belong to the respective upstream projects; we only carry bytes and do not modify them. If an upstream asks us to stop carrying a tree, we stop.
Logging

No analytics, no third-party scripts, no cookies. Nothing is shared with anyone except when a network operator asks about traffic originating from their own range.
Fair use
- Package managers: no limits, that is what the mirror is for.
- Whole-tree copies: use rsync, not a recursive HTTP crawler.
- rsync: at most two modules at once, please cap at 50 MB/s.
- Do not hotlink individual files from a public web page — link the mirror, not the file.
Abuse
Reports go to ops@pkg-mirror.bulsan.site. Include timestamps in UTC and the address involved. We answer within a couple of days; there is no queue system and no ticket numbers.
Availability
Best effort. Nodes get rebooted for kernel updates, disks fill up, upstreams rotate their staging hosts. Do not put this hostname in the critical path of a build pipeline without a fallback mirror configured.
